I’m supposed to be going to the gym today.
I am going because if I don’t I’ll end up eating biscuits.
I’m also going to keep a toe in, so it doesn’t become a faded memory ah, those days I used to go to the gym.
I’m additionally going to pip my mood up.
I’m just writing this to convince myself there are good reasons to do it and stop thinking about doing it.
I think I’ve done that.
