My Blog

HELLO!

another update:

Here is the “IT’s MEEEE!” page.

Thank you for stopping by my blog.  You are a wonderful human being.

My name is Louise,

I used to write my age here.  Now I don’t.

I like bats.

If you looked at me upside down, I would look like this:

upside down

This blog is my diary, whinge-pot and general venue for chit-chat about whatever is on my mind.

I don’t think of it as a ‘mental health blog’ but since you asked, I have

Depression

Anxiety

AND…

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)/M.E./Post Viral Syndrome

I write about whatever I feel like, but there are a lot of tags for depression and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (and some Anxiety thrown in to give it a special kick).

I also have some extra pages with resources, tips and information .  Ignore any out of date links/information – it’s probably two or three years old.

I have a few regular commenters, whom I am grateful for; it’s good to know I’m not in cyber isolation out here.  I welcome comments from anyone who wants to wade in with a view on a topic or general chit-chat –🙂

Sometimes I write diary style, sometimes article themed posts.

Peace🙂

  1. Found your blog via a comment you left on a friends… nice words you wrote over there made a lot of sense, if only I could put them into practice!

  2. Stumbled upon your blog while searching for interesting blogs written by interesting people… Of course, it had to be more than that. I was/am also reading about people who “suffer” from depression (amongst other illnesses) ad I do suffer myself as well.
I’ve read some posts and I really like your humor and way with words.
Would you mind if I added your site to my “Interesting links” on my blog?
    Much strength, LW
